32 towns and cities across six counties, from Delmar and Castleton in the south to Glens Falls and Hudson Falls in the north.
Frosty Snow Management covers 32 municipalities across Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties in the Capital Region of New York. We are based in Troy, which gives Rensselaer and Albany county properties the shortest response times in our coverage.
Snow does not fall evenly across this region. A storm that drops four inches in Albany can drop eight in Averill Park and a foot in Queensbury, because elevation matters enormously here. Properties near the Helderberg escarpment and up in the Adirondack foothills routinely see totals well above what the valley records, and open rural properties keep drifting long after the last flake falls. We build routes around those differences rather than treating the region as one uniform market.

View Castleton-on-HudsonDistance is one factor in a quote, alongside driveway size, surface and scope. Properties in Warren and Washington counties and rural Saratoga County involve more travel between widely separated stops, and that time has to sit somewhere in the price.
Possibly. The 32 listed are where we have established routes, but we regularly take properties in neighbouring communities where they fit an existing route. Call with the address and we will tell you honestly whether we can service it well.
Generally the north and the higher ground. Glens Falls and Queensbury in the Adirondack foothills see the highest totals in our coverage, followed by elevated areas like Averill Park, Voorheesville and the Glenville hills. The Hudson valley floor around Albany, Troy and Rensselaer sees the least.
Properties closest to our Troy base are generally earliest in route rotation. Outlying areas sit later, which is why we recommend seasonal contracts more strongly there, since contracted properties are serviced before any one-off call during a significant storm.
Yes, and we already do for property managers and owners with portfolios spread across the region. One contract, one point of contact, and separate per-site service documentation for each property.
Tell us where the property is and what needs clearing. We will confirm coverage and realistic timing before you commit to anything.
