These terms govern the Frosty Snow Management Service Alerts text messaging program operated by Frosty Snow Management, LLC. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these terms.
Frosty Snow Management, LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages cover service updates, storm and dispatch notifications, estimate follow-ups and appointment confirmations. This is a service and transactional messaging program tied to snow and ice management work at your property.
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a form on https://frostysnowmanagement.com and checking the box that says you consent to receive automated text messages from us. The box is never checked for you, and you can submit the form and receive an estimate without checking it.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services from Frosty Snow Management, LLC.
Message frequency varies, and depends on the weather and on the work scheduled at your property. During an active winter storm you may receive several messages in a day about dispatch and completion. Outside the season you may receive none for weeks.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies to messages you send or receive. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (347) 993-0391 or emailing info@frostysnowmanagement.com.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service agreement and does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about work at your property.

Delivery is supported on major United States carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed, so do not rely on a text message as the sole means of receiving urgent information about your property.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of the information you give us.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued participation in the program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
